It is unlawful for a person (the first person ) who is: (a) an employee; or (b) an employer; to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, a person if the harassment occurs in connection with the first person being: (c) an employee; or (d) an employer. (8) It is unlawful for a person to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, a person (the second person ) who is: (a) an employee; or (b) an employer; if the harassment occurs in connection with the second person being:

- (d) an employer.
