(1) Each Advisory Committee member is to be appointed by the Minister, by written instrument, on a part-time basis. Note: An Advisory Committee member may be reappointed (see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 ).
(2) The instrument of appointment of an Advisory Committee member must specify whether the member is appointed as the first Co-Chair, second Co-Chair or another member.
