Application of the Crimes Act 1914
- (1) Section 4AB of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to the provisions of this Act. Application of the Criminal Code
- (2) Strict liability applies to each physical element of each offence under this Act, unless otherwise stated.
- (3) Section 15.1 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction-category A) applies to an offence against this Act.
- (4) Part 2.5 of the Criminal Code (which deals with corporate criminal responsibility) does not apply to an offence against this Act. Compilation date: 01/07/2024
