- 7.8 This principle does not apply to the extent that any of the following apply:
- (aa) Division 5 of Part 7B of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 ;
- (a) the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 ;
- (b) the Spam Act 2003 ;
- (c) any other Act of the Commonwealth, or a law in force in an external Territory, prescribed by the regulations.
