- trading corporation means a trading corporation within the meaning of paragraph 51(xx) of the Constitution. (1A) In order to avoid doubt, it is declared that an ACT enactment is not a Commonwealth law for the purposes of this Act. (3) For the purposes of this Act, an act or practice breaches a rule issued under section 17 if, and only if, it is contrary to, or inconsistent with, the rule. (4) The definition of individual in subsection (1) shall not be taken to imply that references to persons do not include persons other than natural persons.
