- (a) an organisation; or
- (b) an agency prescribed by the regulations; that carries on a credit reporting business. credit reporting business has the meaning given by section 6P. credit reporting complaint means a complaint about an act or practice that, if established, would be an interference with the privacy of an individual because:
- (a) it breached the registered CR code; or
