Workplace culture is about the behaviour that people expect and accept in a workplace. It's the way people communicate with each other and the way people go about doing their work. Businesses with a positive culture tend to have low staff turnover, low absenteeism and more motivated employees. Fa Best practice employers create a positive workplace culture by:
