(1) The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman is established by this section. (2) The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman consists of: (a) the Fair Work Ombudsman; and (b) the staff of the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman; and (c) the inspectors appointed under section 700.
