(2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person uses insulting language towards another person; and (b) the person is reckless as to whether the language is insulting; and (c) the other person is an FWA Member performing functions, or exercising powers, as an FWA Member. Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
