(1) The President must provide to the Minister and the Fair Work Ombudsman information and copies of documents prescribed by the regulations by the time, and in the form, prescribed. (2) The regulations may prescribe: (a) information that is publicly available, or derived from information that is publicly available, relating to: 532 Fair Work Act 2009 No. 28, 2009 (i) a decision of FWA that is made under this Act; or (ii) a notice, notification or application that is made or given to FWA under this Act; and (b) a decision of FWA that is made under this Act and is publicly available.
