(1) The President may, in writing, delegate to a Deputy President all or any of the President's functions or powers, other than under: (a) section 620 (which deals with the constitution and decision-making of the Minimum Wage Panel); or (b) section 625 (which deals with the delegation of functions and powers of FWA). (2) In performing functions or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the President.
