(1) Fair Work Australia is established by this section. (2) Fair Work Australia consists of: (a) the President; and (b) such number of Deputy Presidents as, from time to time, hold office under this Act; and (c) such number of Commissioners as, from time to time, hold office under this Act; and (d) a minimum of 4, and no more than 6, Minimum Wage Panel Members. Note: Fair Work Australia also has a General Manager and staff (see Division 8).
