the Federal Magistrates Court or a court of a State or Territory states a case or reserves a question for the consideration of the Federal Court in a matter arising under this Act; or (i) the President refers, under section 608 of this Act, a question of law to the Federal Court; or 482 Fair Work Act 2009 No. 28, 2009 (j) the High Court remits a matter arising under this Act to the Federal Court.
