A permit holder must not exercise a State or Territory OHS right unless he or she complies with any reasonable request by the occupier of the premises to comply with an occupational health and safety requirement that applies to the premises. Note 1: This section is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4-1). Note 2: FWA may deal with a dispute about whether the request is reasonable (see subsection 505(1)).
