(3) An entry notice for an entry under Subdivision A or B must be given during working hours at least 24 hours, but not more than 14 days, before the entry. (4) If FWA has issued an exemption certificate for the entry, the permit holder must, either before or as soon as practicable after entering the premises, give a copy of the certificate to: (a) the occupier of the premises or another person who apparently represents the occupier; and (b) any affected employer or another person who apparently represents the employer; if the occupier, employer or other person is present at the premises.
