(1) Unless FWA has issued an exemption certificate for the entry, the permit holder must: (a) before entering premises under Subdivision A-give the occupier of the premises and any affected employer an entry notice for the entry; and (b) before entering premises under Subdivision B-give the occupier of the premises an entry notice for the entry.
