FWA may deal with 2 or more applications for a protected action ballot order at the same time if: (a) the applications relate to industrial action by: (i) employees of the same employer; or (ii) employees at the same workplace; and (b) FWA is satisfied that dealing with the applications at the same time will not unreasonably delay the determination of any of the applications.
