(1) If FWA makes one or more determinations varying modern award minimum wages in an annual wage review, FWA must publish the rates of those wages as so varied before 1 July in the next financial year. Note: FWA must also publish the modern award as varied (see section 168). (2) The publication may be on FWA's website or by any other means that FWA considers appropriate.
