(1) An agreed term for a low-paid workplace determination is a term that the application for the determination specifies as a term that the bargaining representatives concerned had, at the time of the application, agreed should be included in the proposed multi-enterprise agreement concerned. Note: The determination must include an agreed term (see subsection 264(2)).
