(1) The following persons may apply to FWA for an authorisation (a low-paid authorisation ) under section 243 in relation to a proposed multi-enterprise agreement: (a) a bargaining representative for the agreement; (b) an employee organisation that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of an employee in relation to work to be performed under the agreement.
