(a) FWA; or (b) a court or commission (however described) performing or exercising, under an industrial law, functions and powers corresponding to those conferred on FWA by this Act; or (c) a court or commission (however described) performing or exercising, under a workplace law, functions and powers corresponding to those conferred on FWA by Schedule 1 to the Workplace Relations Act 1996 .
