intervene in proceedings that involve issues of discrimination involving: (i) sexual harassment; or (ii) harassment on the ground of sex; or (iii) subjecting a person to a workplace environment that is hostile on the ground of sex; (h) to do anything incidental or conducive to the performance of any of the preceding functions.
