(1) It is unlawful for a person to sexually harass or harass on the ground of sex: (a) an employee of the person; or (b) a person who is seeking to become an employee of the person. (2) It is unlawful for an employee to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, a fellow employee or a person who is seeking employment with the same employer. (3) It is unlawful for a person conducting a business or undertaking to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex: (a) a worker in the business or undertaking; or (b) a person who is seeking to become a worker in the business or undertaking. (4) It is unlawful for a worker in a business or undertaking to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex: (a) a fellow worker; or (b) a person who is seeking to become a worker in the business or undertaking.
